POSTAGE & CANELLATION
All our items are made to order and fully bespoke. This means they may take a little while to make (Usually within a week), however can be as long as 3 weeks during busy periods such as Christmas. It is advisable to order in plenty of time. We will always work hard to get your item delivered as soon as possible.
POSTAGE
All items sent within the UK are sent signed for via Royal Mail. These take roughly 2 working days to be delivered. For International postage, items are sent International Tracked and Traced via Royal Mail. Depending on your country, these take between 7 - 21 working days to arrive.

In the unlikely event of your parcel getting lost in transit, a case will be raised with the carrier and upon compensation, a replacement will be sent out to you.

Items sent outside the UK, may incur import duties and taxes, you, the buyer, are responsible for these.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Please note that orders for goods that have been custom made, made to order or personalised cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty or arrived damaged.

We cannot accept returns on bespoke, made to order, personalised or embossed items unless there is a fault with the product.

If you intend on returning a product you must let us know via email within 14 days of receiving your item, please enclose your name, order number and the reason you want to return your item.

When returning an item you are responsible for postage costs. It is recommended to use a tracked and signed for service to ensure the item arrives safely.

A refund will be given within 14 days of receiving the returned items to us.

Customers are responsible for collecting parcels held at local shipping facilities. In the result of parcels going unclaimed and have been returned to CarterBarrett, the customer will need to cover the cost of shipping back to them.

If any import fees or taxes are due to be paid by CarterBarrett for a return of an item from overseas, this amount will be taken out of the total amount available for a refund.
